The first step: Contact the property company to determine the residential charging pile installation policy. At present, the general regulation for the installation of charging piles is to require the parking space with its own property rights. In addition, due to the early construction of some properties, it is not suitable to install charging piles. If the installation of charging piles requires additional technical equipment input, it is necessary to communicate with the property in advance.

Step 2: Check out your parking space. This is when the owner visits the site himself, and this step is very important to save costs. Generally, there are many distribution rooms in the community. The owners should choose the closest one from the parking space, so that they can save a lot of costs when installing it.

Step 3: Provide relevant materials. The copy of the ID card, the certificate of the property right of the parking space (which can be issued by the property), the property agreed to the installation instructions to the staff. At present, the electric power company in Beijing only accepts the application of the charging pile company, and the owner can not apply for it by himself.

Step 4: Go on a field trip. The power company engineer will notify the charging pile company of a time when the property electrician, the charging pile company, the power company and the owner will be on site to finalize the construction plan.

Step 5: Install. After determining the construction plan, it is the step of installation and construction. According to the different conditions of each community and the location of the garage, the construction time is different. Some only need 2 hours to get it done, and some may need a whole day to complete the construction.

Step 6: Acceptance. After the construction is completed, the charging pile company will report to the electric power company, and the electric power company will accept the meter on the spot. If the meter passes the acceptance, the electricity meter will be sealed. Then the electric power company will make the corresponding electric card, and the charging pile company will take it to the owner, or the owner will take it to the power supply office.
